I have been in this place 2 times to look for sneakers and the sales people do not even attempt to greet me or ask if I needed help with anything. There was 1 person helping someone but the other 2 sales associates were not doing anything at all.

Great staff. Knowledgeable of their products. Great place for shoes and gloves. No cleats, but general running gear and the like.
