I am finding out that the associates that work here dont know how to do there job. I switched to sprint from verizon and after i walked out thinking everything was done, I am leanring that I shouldve kepp my old phone as Sprint requires receipt of it for the existing Verizon contract to be paid. Also had to upload my verizon bill on the sprint website, which the salesman never mentioned. The salesman that helped me seems to need some training!
