We gave once worn shirts for dry cleaning and they RIPPED almost all of them. Do not give your clothes here... !!!

One time I had forgotten if I had paid for my drycleaning. I usually prepay but lost my receipt so I paid thinking nothing of it. The owner spent the afternoon looking through weeks of her records to find the payment info and credited my account. I'm now a regular here and probably will stick with them for a while.

I wish that I could give it no stars but it is not an option. I went in this morning to pick up my clothing and one of my shirts was ripped, of course it had to be my favorite shirt too. They told me that they didn't clean it because it was ripped, however the shirt was not ripped when I brought it there or when they checked it in. I had a yelling match with the owner for about 15 minutes until he gave me $20 towards my $50 shirt that they ruined. I will never use them again, the owner actually called me a liar about 5 times, not even eluding that he thought I was lying, he actually flat out accused me of being a liar. I refused to leave until he gave me something, they also didn't forget to charge me for the cleaning of the shirt that they ripped and didn't clean. Now I need to take their $20 and add $30 more of my own to replace the shirt. Terrible business and ownership.
