I've spent many, many night at the SpringHill and have always been nothing but impressed. Wonderful staff, great rooms, excellent location and amenities. Always happy to overnight here!! Can't praise them enough!

The valet parking was so slow that the front desk person came over and took care of checking in my car. There was a wedding reception in the front area and the music was extremely loud. I was checking in and worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep. When I got to the room I couldn't believe how quite it was. I was pleasantly surprised. I'll visit again.

Clean, and enjoyable experience with the staff , we recommend to all my friends, buffet breakfast is very good, and staff is pleasant and courteous all the time.

I booked a room online for business travel and called within 24 hours to cancel and 7 days before check-in time and they still charged me a nights stay. I will never do business with SpringHill Suites again. Never had problems before. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I will also be tweeting and blogging about the shady business they are doing there. I'm sure corporate will not be pleased that they treated a Platinum member this way!!!
