I went there few times with my kids, NEVER again. Besides the fact that offices and waiting room are cold looking, sad and not inviting for kids (white walls, old sink on corner, old metal cabinets and old examination bed), the staff is rude as hell, all... no questions. and after they lock you in a 2x2 room, they leave you there for hours at time, and if you dare open door they shout "mother, you gotta wait".
The doctors I saw (a lady and a man) spoke very crude English and would not be less fit to check kids health. Different then other doctors that do all well visit "things" on well visit, they break it into 2 visits so next one you have a higher/additional copay. and when you say "enough" and want to leave them, they do another nightmare to get your children records! Really really bad.
