When I do go to the actual PO, staff helpful.
Regarding staffing issues, the branch has little control over that.
Request additional funding from your elected representative.

Think of the last major snow storm.
Certain areas, got cleaned well, others had a delay.
The mayor decides where to deploy resources, please do not blame the sanitation worker.

Another example during another snowstorm, the head of the fire department used firefighters to clear his driveway. So they were not available to fight fires. Please do not blame the firefighters.

Worst service every. Never more than 2 tellers on the register not even when it is extremely busy. They seriously need to hire more tellers and more mail delievery people. Were do I go file a compliant about the mail person always coming late everyday to delivery the mails and not every delivery at all on Saturdays. This is hands down the worst branch ever

Not helpful at all, you complain to the manager they do not address the problems. They service is very slow, most of the Associated are rude.

I called with a simple question and got yelled at by a very rude lady who then hung up on me, worst customer service ive ever witnessed

Worst branch I have ever encountered and I have lived in Laurelton since 1976. Had to get post office box in Queens Village for years. My usual carrier is great but overall branch terrible. Never answer the phone. Now I always go to post office in neighboring towns in Nassau County.
