Had the pleasure of working with Adam. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. We were able to work out a great deal with the 2016 MDX. He advised me of all the options that I had which made it easier for me to finalize my decisions. Throughout all my prior experiences while car shopping, I have to say this was my best one. I had a great car buying experience at Springfield Acura, the main reason for this was my salesman Carlos Laso he is very honest and trustworthy a quality hard to find in a salesmen nowadays. Took his time showing me all the features in my TLX and i felt no pressure at all throughout the whole process. He really treated me like family I have bought quite a few cars in my life but have never experienced customer service quite like this, he even went out of his way to put a bow on my car when i was ready to take my TLX home! I recently came in and I met with this particular sales consultant that stood out from the rest. One thing that stood out to me was the bowtie he was wearing, he looked very distinguished. The gentleman's name I believe was Isaiah. I've never met anyother sales consultant quite like him before. I visited at least 6 dealerships in the course of 1 week and every sales guy was sleazy, pushy and obviously was only concerned about making a sell and not what I needed, Not one actually took the time to listen. Isaiah did, it was remarkable how he reiterated and met every need I expressed to him to the T. He was amazing. It was refreshing having someone so attentive and effecient helping me. I wasn't just another sale to him. He treated more like family, you don't find that anywhere these days. So to Isaiah thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I'm definitely sending a few friends and family your way and I know they'll be in GREAT HANDS!!!

I came to Springfield Acura just to browse and look at the variety of cars in the lot and stumbled upon Sales Rep named Anthony Bruce. He was quick to assist me with the process. I was very nervous but he made the experience of car buying fun and I felt very comfortable. Very good sales person and funny too!
