Hidden gem of Roosevelt. Half the size of an Olympic pool covered ,temperature controlled . Staff very friendly, reasonable prices - down side sauna no longer working...

Roosevelt Island's Sportspark is an affordable, clean, indoor swimming pool facility open to the public. Roosevelt Island residents receive an additionally discounted rate off of daily and monthly access passes - RI children and seniors can swim for free! Along with the recently renovated swimming pool, there is a basketball court and ping pong room. They offer low cost swim and ping pong instruction for adults and children. The facility is next door to the indoor tennis facilities, steps from the Roosevelt Island Tram and a short walk from the F train subway stop. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Don't forget to bring a swim cap and lock for the lockers.
