Horrible experience! receptionist confirmed they take the insurance of the patient 3 times as well as when they called to confirm the appointment a day before the appointment. Upon arrival they said that this insurance is not accepted and wanted to charge $450.00. When a patient is pain and arrived all the way to the office with expectations we had no choice but to pay. We offered to pay by credit card they said they would send the bill. The bill arrived after two weeks. Doctor never followed up after the visit, never returned calls. We had to complain to the upper management of the hospital to finally get his assistant to tell us he just sent the results to the family doctor.
