This company rocks! Just a really cool atmosphere and the people that work there are great. I felt like I was immediately part of a team and a family.
Work is hard and challenging but the rewards are good if you put the work in.

Beautiful office, fun people and atmosphere. They also do a lot of community outreach and philanthropy which feels great to be a part of.

Definitely a rewarding career. I've grown so much in a little amount of time. I'm thankful for the opportunity.

Complete waste of my time.
The office is set up to look like a sports marketing agency. Upon arrival, I was told about their work with the NY Yankees, NY Giants, and so on.
45 mminutes into the interview I began getting a bad vibe. I have a plethora of experience in the sports marketing industry, and they didn't really seem interested in that, which didn't make sense to me, because they are, after all, a sports marketing firm.
Wrong. They are not a sports marketing firm. That is all a facade. They sell makeup. "Business to business, not door to door", to "any employee at any business". This is door to door. They didn't mention that at all prior to asking me when I could leave my current $90k position to start for them right away.
When asked about compensation packages, the interviewer's answer was "it could be anything". When asked about benefits, health insurance, and 401k, I was told "I wouldn't know about those, because I don't use them. I make $1000 a week here." Obviously, someone doesn't know the cost of health insurance.
None of this information was evident in the job advertisement. This is a waste of time. Unless your interested in becoming a Mary-Kay style sales rep, do not waste your afternoon.

Horrible Experience. I went to interview with this company for their so called "marketing" opportunity. When I walked in the building it seemed as if the company had just started up with empty rooms and construction workers in the hallway. The interview finally began 45 minutes later then scheduled, lasted for 5 minutes, and consisted of typical interview questions with promises of success with that so called company.
I was invited for a second interview where I would see what it was like working for the company for a day. Again I waited for roughly 45 minutes for the interview to begin. I met up with the person that was supposed to be taking me into the "field". She was very short with me and asked me if I had gas in my car because I was going to have to follow her 45 minutes away. Really professional. When we finally got there we were in Perth Amboy and were going to walk around and try to sell makeup out of a bag for a cheaper price. Overall the entire company seemed like a huge scam run by people that were completely unaware of how society works now a days.
