I called to see if they had stock on a particular item, and after waiting over 5 minutes on hold BEFORE getting connected to the correct department, I hung up. I decided to try again. This time, as I'm writing this review, I'm on hold for 10 minutes. I'm hanging up now. I don't know why I bothered. I'll stick with Modell's. MUCH nicer customer service. Oh wait! He just picked up. Only 11 minutes!
