I've bought hats and clothes here that look nice when you buy them, but fade and discolor after just a month or two. As much as I like supporting independent stores, much of everything is way overpriced and the owner/proprietor is obviously a racist. Prejudiced at the least.
The store is no more than 10'x20', and no isles. I've been followed like a hawk each time I've gone in to the store while caucasian customers are left in peace. After one year of experiencing this I've had enough. Onto another independent store that understands people are unique too- not just their store.

I've literally passed by Sport Prospect for my entire life (or however long it's actually been here) thinking it was just an overpriced sporting goods store, but I was SO wrong. They have apparel of all sizes, styles and prices, from $10.00 - $40 for good quality Brooklyn gear. Definitely worth a visit and the staff is very helpful!

Awesome help, great with kids. Not the best selection, but good enough for most needs and really friendly service. Plus, they let me bring my dog in:)
