How do I put this. I wish there was a 0 star review, because that's what this place deserves. Maybe those 5 star reviews are from renters but for those who are looking to buy a bike don't even think twice about this place. I went in wanting a very specific bike that is produced in the UK they told me they could get it. So I said why the hell not spend $1.5k (the quoted price) that's more than I would have spend on an item in any given time. When I placed the order with them I was told I'd receive a call the next day with the estimated delivery. I was the one who had to call them 2 days later to actually get the estimated time of arrival, 7-10 days. I called them on day 7 I was told it had been shipped. I called then on day 10 I was told it would be in the next morning. On day 12 I go into the shop only to find out that it was the other model I had told them I didn't want. The only thing they had to say was that they didn't provide the other model in the US. If they didn't than why the hell was I told you you could get? Do these guys even know what it is they are selling?
So all that's left to say is that's for the experience, it was liss poor and discussing. For those of you out there who want a bike, go online, or go to a mom and pop shop you'll be a hell of a lot happier.
