Split Rock Rehabilitation and Health Care Center

Horrible. Compare to The Rehabilitation Center my family member was in, Split Rock is out dated. I visit my co workers there, he hates it too. The Staff are not friendly or Professional. Maybe the owners are not paying enough. Atmosphere, depressing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is not a review of the facility, but a question for the facility. Why is there a picture of a waste basket with stool in it as a profile picture for your facility!? Tasteless! Who manages this page for your facility!!!???

Split Rock is a lovely facility. We were stuck between a rock and hard place: no other nursing home in the entire Westchester, Greater NYC and Suffolk county area would accept my husband because of his weight except Split Rock. We felt trapped and then made the mistake of reading (and believing) some negative reviews. BOY WERE THEY WRONG!!! The staff has done everything to make my husband feel at home. Honestly I cannot single out one person better than another. Everyone who works there is competent, pleasant and willing to help. FINALLY my beautiful husband is getting the rehabilitation he needs without being made to feel like a criminal for being a big guy. Thank you Split Rock and keep up the good work. It is much appreciated.

The condition are unacceptable! There need to be a lot of changes there OR The Nursing Home Needs to be SHUT DOWN!
