Splish Splash Dog Daycare

Wonderful and personable groomer but a beyond horrible grooming! I thought I explained pretty well how I wanted my standard poodle to be cut but I guess not well enough, because when I picked up my dog all they did was shave her. They didn't even do a good job at that and the winter has just only begone...I think they hired a really inexperienced groomer who should have been honest about that before grooming. Also, the price was misleading because their website states "$65 for a large dog and they charged me $90 because supposedly that is the price. My dog is a small 30 lb standard and for the quality of work they did, I might as well have gone to a local petco!

Good prices, reliable and their hours are great. Troy's told me i had to wait two weeks for an appointment and splish splash gets so busy on the weekends and they still had time to squeeze me in to groom my dog, and I did not have to wait...

First of all, this place is very good and very convenient. Is located right in the middle of town, although parking can be difficult , i called the young man and he came right outside and picked my dog from my car. Jeanine and the other young girl the groomer is very experienced and they take good care of my dog, shes also very concerned about him, so i doubt she used human shampoo. Their facility is big and very clean. I highly recommend this place

I don't even know what to say about this place. Just DO NOT take your pet there. I had taken my dogs there and had the worst experience ever! they had bathed them in human shampoo (suave) without telling me bc they "ran out".. first of all, that is not an excuse for a dog salon and apparently they were selling shampoos at the front of their store. Not to mention they did a horrible job with the haircuts..nails were left unfiled..I don't think the groomer was properly trained.. and worst of all, I discovered one of my puppy had an open wound near her chest..the groomer had literally cut off a piece of her flesh with a scissor.. poor babies were shivering and acting strange for the next few days. I also noticed the owner was yelling at the dogs staying there and she had left by the time I got there to resolve the issue. The manager or whatever who seemed to be related to the owner was just busy trying to get me out of their place. I just can't understand how they are in business. Go to Troys, it's right around there... they are much better skilled and take good care of the dogs being groomed.
