I had been using Splendid Cleaners on 1st Ave until they closed with no problems. Then I moved my account to the 3rd Ave and 70th Street location, and am now very unhappy. Recently they ruined a very expensive white cotton blouse -- attempting to remove a food stain and in the process burning holes in the fabric with their chemicals. Then they ruined a wool scarf. I am now in a dispute with them and do not recommend that anyone use them at this point.

Brought a suit and shirt and got it delivered back the same day. No problems and the lady behind the counter was nice.

SPLENDID BURNED THE LEATHER TRIM OFF MY SKIRT SUIT AND DENIED DOING SO. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANOTHER DRY CLEANER OTHER THAN THIS ONE.
