I would not recommend anyone to go here. I went here 3 times and then had to find a new doctor. Here's the heads-up:
- Wait time is 45-60 minutes, the doctor will spend less than 10 minutes with you before sending you on your way
- I had to get a prescription for a topical knee ointment at my 2nd appointment. I picked it up from my pharmacy and applied it as I was told. Only to feel burning on my skin. I called the Dr and explained the situation and was told, OOPS we ordered the wrong prescription for you. Tell that to the scar on my knee
- I received a statement from my insurance after my first 2 visits saying that my copay was lower than what I was charged. I realized that the office overcharged me $20 on my first 2 visits. So for my 3rd visit I asked them to credit my account and that I would pay the difference at my next appointment. They told me that they don't deal with that, so I called their billing representative. He told me that since I already payed he would not resubmit the claim. Then they threatened to take me to a collections agency if I didn't pay for the 3rd visit, despite having overpaid the first 2 times
There are many good doctors and specialists in NY. Do NOT settle for a bad experience.
