This review is a few months in the making. I was involved in a car accident and had made up my mind in towing my vehicle to the insurance company approved repair shop when The met the tow truck driver who, after fifteen minutes convinced me to have the vehicle towed to a nearby repair facility. Everything that we agreed upon with a handshake (I'm old school and so was the driver and owner of the repair facility). They kept their word and honored our agreements. The vehicle was repaired and delivered ahead of time.

Take the leap of faith and trust them. These individuals are men and women of their word.

This company is the worst of worst they try to scam me out of paying for storage fee ...my car was total on the belt parkway them want me to sign my title over to them and still want me to pay storage fees SCAM run when you see them

Worst towing company! Service is horrible! And highway robbery would be a compliment!

Unfortunately this is the only company that can tow you off the Belt Pkwy. This company was so bad I may never driver on the Belt again, just to avoid this company from towing my car. The customer service is horrible, and they try to scam money from you. They charge you for a tow but will only tow to their base, and since I didn't have enough cash, and refused to give them a credit card for fear of them charging whatever they wanted, they gave me 60 min to get someone there with the cash or they were going to start charging storage fees. I wouldn't have any storage fees if they had towed me to where they were supposed to. This place holds your car hostage until you fork over more money. I guess we now know how they won the bid for the Belt Pkwy. The only way they could get the bid for the Belt Pkwy.was to be lower priced than other companies, so they give you sub par service to make up for the money they lost with their bid. As you can see by their big 3 stars I am not the first, and I'm sure I won't be the last to have a problem with them.

why the hell would the city of new york sign a contract for these horrible people to tow away highway vehicles. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

I got into a car accident on the belt parkway, I was rear ended and had to leave the car and take an ambulance to the hospital. when it became time to pick my car up the following day, they refused to go though my insurance to receive payment for towing and storage. They insisted I paid for the vehicle (EXACT CASH BTW BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARRY CHANGE) and had the insurance company pay me back. I spoke to the adjuster and he said to leave the car and they will speak to speedway.
Two days after, Speedway then decided that i had to come back in no matter how injured I am to sign a release form....So why couldnt someone say that the first time I was there? maybe because they wanted to charge an extra 75 dollars storage fee per day???
finally I go in and sign the release form... pay for it cash had a tow from the body shop I WANTED IT TO BE FIXED AT come at this location to pick up my vehicle... NOW THEY CANT FIND MY CAR..
they sent the tow to Lefferts blvd had him wait for 2 hours, then to realize the car is not at that lot...
then had him drive back to this lot so they can LOOK for it... finally they found the car and their expectations were for me to have my car fixed there... in what life would i leave my car there with such horrible experience. They tried to tie me into thinking that my car had to be fixed there...please be aware. do not go 100 yards near these people of this place. very nasty people
