My firm had a 30,000 pc order out of India for one of the major retailers for which our pattern maker did not know how to tweak the FR RS on a flat front to fit our European audience and Spectrum Ideas, LLC flew out a representative to India, get that, that assisted the pattern maker guide the pattern master on fit to ensure precise fit as per retail specs. Pretty incredible for a firm to do. I recommended them highly, it is a very long flight to India.
