The staff and the optometrist were very courteous and professional. They had a nice selection of glasses that my insurance covered. I found a great pair of reading glasses with no out of pocket money. Thanks again. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a eye exam and glasses.

Been dealing with them for a few years, if you want jimmy choo or tag hauer ( what my wife and I chose) you are not getting them for nothing, remember Quality=$$$, less doesn't mean free. I couldn't buy a Wendy's meal with what the eye exam costs. Plenty of affordable frames too. Will continue to shop there.

Was charged 391 for contacts 3 month supply, when asked why so much then they stated if I don't buy the contacts the eye exam would about 200 dollars , my union covered 1 eye exam so where do these fees come in play.. I feel like a idiot cause I gave them my card and it's too late now.

Terrible, overpirced and unfriendly staff. The main goal of this staff is to get as much money out of you as possible. My insurance pays upto $150 for frames. The frames I got looked great but ended up costing $300 out of pocket. $450 frames??? I got the frames about a week later and searched online using the model number on the glasses. The frames were for $183. I understand your store needs to mark the price up a little to make money but $267 mark up?? Are you serious ?? Then they will charge $200 for "special non scratch lens." Sears sells those same exact lenses for $49 (free with purchase of frames). Do not go here, even for an eye exam. They'll try to charge you $20 to get your prescription if you want to get glasses from somewhere else even though NY law states patients cannot be charged to receive a paper copy of their prescription.

This place is a SCAM. My coverage allows me 275.00 dollars for frames. When I picked out a regular frame from the case, they JACK up the price. They told me a no name frame was going to cost me 150 more. That mean its a 425 dollar frame. Stay away from companies that don't have prices on their frames. Go to Lens Crafter, Sears, Pennys. At least there are prices on their items.
