I love getting massages! A good massage in the right setting is a wonderful, wonderful thing!! Spalash FAILED miserably on all levels. I arrived 10 minutes early but was 10 minutes late getting to my "spa room".... poor service at the desk. The room was ok, small as is typical but no music, no aroma, no atmosphere. I repeatedly requested increased pressure but no adjustment was made. My 60 minute massage was only 45 minutes. I could hear coughing and activity from those outside my room! My boy friends massage was immediately after mine - although other rooms were available, the masseuse insisted on cleaning the room and then proceeded to give my boyfriend a 45 minute massage. WHY did I pay for 2 60 minute massages???
I'm telling you....there are far better places out there for the same $$$$!!! AVOID this business.
