My wife had an airbrush tan and her comments are as follows: "Ive had dozens of aitbrush tans, but this one was particularly bad - they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It was bundled with a exfoliation scrub, which comprised of them asking me to get in a dingy shower & handed me a bottle of exfoliating scrub. They didn't know how to apply the tan properly, it was unprofessional & completely overpriced.
