A 2nd floor nail salon, with 2 main rooms: one for manicures, the other for pedicures. They have a large selection of nail polish and magazines to read. There is also a TV in the manicure room that usually has one of the news channels on. The pedicures are basic but satisfactory. There is a special for a pedicure and 10 minute massage for $29, which I tried. The pedicure part was fine, but the chair massage was very painful and the woman who did it was way too forceful. Also, there is a $2 charge that they add if you pay with a credit card, which is annoying, especially because it does not say that on the sign and they do not tell you until they bring you the receipt.
