awful staff...whisрering behind customers back who can and who can not afford to buy things from them...really??? never coming back.

Excellent selection of top end brands for men. Great clothing selection though the shoe department is pretty small. Staff is helpful though can try the hard upsell if they smell commission. Great one stop shop for essentials.

I visited Paramus on 04/20/12 and being a sales mgr. by trade am compelled to notify someone about my experience. This will be the first time I have ever left a negative review about any company as I know how hard it can be to satisfy every single customer. I walked into the store at around 7:30pm looking for a specific pair of Santoni loafers. As I approached the shoe dept. I observed the only people in the whole dept. were salesman on the floor. 1 of them looked down at my feet, turned his head and walked away. Not even a hello, I continued circling the 5 salesman on the floor as they carried on amongst themselves not even acknowledging that I was present. After 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention frustration gets the best of me. I could not help but approach the 2 salesman that were closest to me and make the comment, "Should I sell myself a pair of shoes"? Disgusted with being stereotyped, I walked to L V were the store mgr. addresses me by my first name upon arrival. I used this experience of how I was treated to address the 57 employees I manage in hope that no one that enters my store will ever experience the way I was treated.

My favorite store at this mall. The mall has parking problems. But do go for this store.
