Spa Lady South Orange Fitness Center

Spa Lady is a great small gym at a small price! I've been working out for 6 months and have muscles that I haven't seen in years. I've lost over 20 pounds through the nutritional guidance and personal training offered at very reasonable rates! It is a diverse community of women who come together to encourage each other and push each other to the next level through the common interest of health as well as the positive energy and friendliness of everyone I have met there. It is so convenient as it is between Columbia HS and my house - I have to pass it to get home - so I've got to stop and work out after dropping off my kids at school. Fantastic place!

spa lady of south orange is an AWESOME place to work out. the staff is so super friendly and all of the trainers make you feel very at home and comfortable when working out with them. They also do daily weigh ins and WANT TO SEE you meet your goals! 5 stars!

I've been taking spin and TRX classes at Spa Lady for over one year. I love going to this gym and look forward to my weekly workouts. You're met with a friendly staff, clean equipment and workout rooms, instructors that are ready to GO and pumping music to get you into your routine. With dedication and instructors who are masters at guiding you through your routine, the results are amazing. I hightly recommend the gym...especially the spin and TRX classes.

Spa Lady South Orange is a great womans gym & spa. They offer cardio equipment, weight machines, many different classes & spa services like thermal heat wraps & lipo massage. All of the people that work there are friendly & very professional, they really know their stuff. They offer a variety of classes like zumba, spin, boot camp. TRX, etc.
I would highly recommend Spa Lady South Orange to anyone interested in working out in a friendly, clean environment.
