Terrible services. Truly weak. Cranky service people upon entering. Really sub-par facial and massage from maniucurist for 16$ for 10 minutes was just poor. Too many better places in NYC!! Avoid this crabby depressing spot. The Russian at the front is a cranky beyotch. Yuck don't go here.

I've had quite the experience at Spa Jolie. I had a hard time with the receptionist(s) Yelena & Maria. I made an appointment and was running late and was told I needed to reschedule. I made it in time by taking a cab which cost about $45 but unfortunately the address did not state that it was South and I was 11 blocks shy of the Spa. They could not accommodate me. As I approached the place taking yet another cab, it said walk ins were welcome and I basically had to stand my ground and speak up to get someone to work on me. Had I not spoken up, I wouldn't have met Sarah, who was by far the most amazing person there. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. My friend had Ella who was also great. Overall experience was hectic but Sarah & Ella made it a bit better.

It was first called Randie Elaine & now Spa Jolie..... They've changed over the years for the worst!!!!! The management is rude & they don't do any services until paid first which is fine, but the owner doesn't like to give you your money back if you longer wish to have a service done ..
