Spa Florence

worst eyelash extensions. Got them this week on monday they are falling out already. I bought a Groupon and they wanted to charge me more because they claimed the had merged with Red and White Spa.
It is unprofessional and as I said, the eyelashes are almost all off.

Best Spa in Manhattan. It may look simple when you go in, but the actually service you're receiving is 5 star. I went in for a European facial thinking it'll be the basic steam, cleanser, exfoliate, steam, mask and moisturizer and extraction but got way more than what you would get at a typical spa. I got some extras such as a light oil application and I don't know the formal name but an electronic wand was applied to my face. The esthetician was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. During steam, mask etc. where I had to wait a few minutes she was constantly massaging my arms, shoulders scalp etc. The products are all organic and of high quality from Italy. Was quite detailed in each process including extractions. I left the spa glowing. Best Experience ever. Thank so much Spa Florence!

I popped into Spa Florence on a whim because I had an extra hour to kill before meeting friends for dinner at Raouls a block away. I asked the lovely receptionist if I could receive a Swedish massage immediately and she exclaimed: Absolutely! And would you like a glass of wine to enjoy while we get your room ready, she continued ... I felt like I had just stumbled into heaven! And we haven't even gotten to the best part: the massage! It was deliriously dreamy. Karina has amazing buttery delicious hands that take you to a whole new peaceful and heavenly place. I will definitely be back soon and I wholeheartedly recommend this adorable little spa to anyone looking to escape the everyday stress and pressures of the city without the stress and pressure of leaving the city!

I called last minute for an appointment on the same day (I'm a very last minute kind of person) and asked to be seen. I was able to get an appointment with Karina for that night. The experience was amazing. It's on a quiet street in soho which in itself is very relaxing, but hip kind of place that you just want to walk in to and see what they do!

The facial itself was beyond words. Personally, I have had many- some not so good- but this was by far the best. I asked to have extractions, she did that. I asked about the products along the way, she knew so much about them! And then I also had my feet massaged while my skin firming face mask worked its magic.How perfect!! I felt like I was at a plush day spa. Nothing was overwhelming or too overpowering with scents- it was all just right. I will be coming back for more! Thanks again.

Literally the best spa in Manhattan, great service and very nice people. The spa smelled wonderful and I loved the wallpaper and decor. Perfect spot for Soho. The staff were attentive and offering me flavored water, I particularly loved the strawberry water. I had a facial with Julianna and she was hands down the best. It's a brand new spa and I'm already in love. it's convenient and close to work so I just walk there whenever I need a facial or massage. Thank you!!
