Clearly a New York landmark for tourists or even locals that want to go for a walk along the water. As of now early 2016, it is being renovated.

A nice quarter which has changed from old ware houses to an interesting location for small shops, bars and restaurants. Still inter construction, but worth a visit.

Nice but the construction is dragging the area down. When is done it should be really nice

well, there's no more mall. But there IS a cute little shopping district that's just as good for cruising. Pun intended.
