- Terrible #212250

Inadequate service, they have stolen my mail on more than one occasion and now have stated on the most recent package that the mail receptacle was "blocked". What?!?!?!? Please explain to me how my front door is blocked. Just pure laziness. I have requested multiple times for all of my packages to be left at the door of my apartment since I live in a secure building but the incompetence is rampant in this post office. I should just hire a lawyer and sue.
