I love Dr. Kagan. The staff is so nice and the remember you. Dr. Kagan took care of me during my pregnancy and delivered my baby girl. It happen to be a C-SECTION, and my scared is small and heal to perfection. I strongly recommend her office.

I had the WORST experience ever with this medical office. The receptionist Dana was the rudest woman, I'm not sure why she even chooses this job as a career since her customer service skills are EXTREMELY POOR. They are not flexible with time, whatsoever! Even if you call in advance to say there is a problem with your appointment they will still charge you a no show fee and be rude about it. Every single visit was NOT pleasant. Hopefully you guys get it together, but you WILL NOT receive my business again.

This doctor is a scammer! She recommended a specific birth control and misinformed me that my insurance would not cover it. After paying $700, i found out she was lying and received a kickback. I will file a complaint with the BBB and my insurance company. The claim was never submitted to my insurance company.
