Caryn Celestina the broker of south shore realty is nothing but a thief...
She takes money from people or checks that she cashes without even knowing if the apt./house
is guaranteed their apt.. I feel obligated to let anyone searching for an apartment TO ABSOLUTELY NOT GIVE HER A DOLLAR UNTIL YOU'VE NOT ONLY MET THE HOMEOWNER, BUT THAT YOU HAVE A SIGNED LEASE AND A MOVE IN DATE!!! I know this due to the short time that I was her assistant. After realizing how she performs her so called business, I left. I not only think she will have her license revoked. But that she's going to be in a shit load of trouble with the law. as well as being audited for demanding cash, or checks made out to her personal name rather than company.
YOUR A DISGUSTING PERSON!! KARMA'S A BITCH CARYN!! I could keep going .but I've already wasted enough time on you !! As you've wasted mine...

Very bad experience. Made appointments and never showed up. Never called me and ignored my calls. Made empty promises. I do not recommend using the realty service

Nice to work with. They really helped me find a great place for me and my mom. Not to easy to find a place when you have pets. She called us from time to time with some showings that accept pets and we picked the best one. Mom and I are very happy and Snoppy too. Thanks.

First off the two ratings below me were made by Caryn. Second South shore is unprofessional, Caryn is so rude beyond belief, and even though I called her 10 times ignored my calls. A horrible experience. DO NOT USE, YOU WILL BE DIGGING YOURSELF A HOLE.
