We went in to renew our lease and both Rob Betts and Michael Ficklin we're very helpfully in getting us into our new car. Rob was very welcoming and friendly to work with. He got us such a great deal on such a beautiful car! Both Rob and Michael made getting a new car a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend South Shore Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new car without the normal dealership hassle!

I loved the assistance the dealer "G" gave me. He got my dad and I out as fast as possible and worked with our budget, he was SOOOOOO nice and helpful.... Now the lady "Kia" who answers their phones isn't as nice and helpful. In fact she was very rude when I called to confirm the date and time of my next service inspection. Sorry for forgetting, no need to be rude. Overall a great place if you have a day to spend going over numbers, test driving, etc.

Just like some others, my husband and I read the poor reviews and thought that they were exaggerations. Two months into leasing a 2015 Sonata, we began to experience ALL the dreadful scenarios that other consumers claimed to experience!! The check blind spot detector came on and we have had to bring back the car several times for them to fix it. After the fourth time they agreed that the company needs to replace the part. This they knew before, but refused to fix it claiming that it will cost them $1,500. Instead, they decided to "calibrate" and explained that our car was just too "sensitive." As of now, a year later, we still have the same problem and amidst the harsh treatments and words, they expect us to pay for a rental while they repair the car. What a mistake it was not believing the review!! Please, even if the price may seem right, we beg you to protect yourself and stay FAR AWAY from any Hyundai dealership. As of now we are looking for a way to get rid of this lease even if it means taking a loss. We are very disappointed and disgusted by these people!!

Very good experience. More than willing to work within our budget. Patient when we forgot to bring a few things. I encourage others to give this place a chance. They're good. Big thank you to Mohamed for helping us find a car we wanted.

Came in with the intention of looking I met the sales person Jonathan Brailey he's very knowledgable as to picking the right cars that fit within my budget he explained everything to me in a way in how I would understand well I left with a pre owned Hyundai Sonata and I also got one year free oil change I I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this store to purchase a vehicle with Jonathan. Good job guys.
