I've been burned by this listing on Google before...

If you care about your high-end and delicate pieces, do not use this dry-cleaner. They have damaged more than one cashmere and/or linen item belonging to myself and my fiancé. Recently, when confronted about shrinking a cashmere sweater belonging to my (male) fiancé, the owner not only denied causing the damage, but also accused my fiancé of lying about the item (saying it was a women's sweater, not a man's), and accused us of shrinking it ourselves, although she acknowledged specifically remembering me bringing it in. She also refused to compensate us for even half of the $400.00 value. We have heard about other similar incidents or lost or damaged clothing of residents in our building. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review - or any kind of review - for that matter, but this situation has pushed me over the edge. I do not recommend.

Polite owner/operator, but would not pay for a new dress that they damaged. The owner blames a third party that does the cleaning for her instead of owning up to the service that she provides.

Nice people but will not use them for 3 reasons:

1. I noticed a yellow stain on the cuff of one of my shirts. I did not remember getting anything on my shirt but didn't think it was from the cleaners. Over the next couple months, I noticed faint yellow stains on the collar and shoulder of three more shirts. As I knew I did not splash anything yellow on my shirts repeatedly, I've come to the conclusion it happened here.

2. Whoever does the pressing for dress shirts does not press the collar correctly. The fold is in the wrong place so I frequently have to get out the iron and redo the collar.

3. I dropped off clothes for same day service. When I went to pick up, they told me they weren't dropped off yet. Not a huge deal... So I went to pick up around 5PM the next day. They still weren't there. I was annoyed but oh well. Next day... 5PM... they were still not there. A bit angry now... They apologized and told me this whole set of clothes would be free. They dropped the clothes off for free the next day.
