The Peter S. Connor Memorial Swimming Pool is a safe swimming area with three pools: wading (baby), intermediate (a few feet), and an olimpic sized pool.
The olympic pool pool features a large "shallow end," lap lanes, a deep end and a diving area with a standard diving board and a high dive. The intermediate pool is handicap accessible with a chair installed on the edge so that families of all skills and abilities can swim together!
The area also features changing and bathrooms, staff offices, and cabana snack bar that is rented out to restaurants or snack caterers each year, where you can get hot food, cold food, salads, candy or soft drinks. I believe that swimming lessons are offered in the summer.
