I started going to Dr Billet about 5 years ago, and even though I have moved away from the area I still travel to see him. He will be my dentist for as long as he is practicing. He is truly the best...

He is a rarity in today's medical field. He answers the phone himself when you call, calls you back within a reasonable amount of time if you leave a message and always has you seated in the chair ready for your visit the moment you walk in.

Dr Billet explains everything that he is doing, and takes his time to inform the patient on what needs to be done and why. He is VERY gentle, and does everything he can to ensure there is minimal pain or discomfort.

Aside from being a fantastic dentist, he is a gentleman in business and will seek to accommodate patients in regards to insurance and scheduling. He is genuine, kind and caring, and it is apparent that he takes pride in his work and providing the greatest level of patient care that is possible.

I had been experiencing pain in and around a molar for several days. My regular dentist gave me an appointment for a date almost a week after my request. On Thanksgiving day the pain increased. I contacted Doctor Billet and described the situation. Without hesitation he told me to meet him at his office. Initially, I thought he had regular office hours that day. Much to my surprise and good fortune, Doctor Billet came to the office especially to take care of me. He quickly assessed the situation and confirmed his diagnosis with x-rays. Doctor Billet then set about to the task of treating the situation and alleviating my pain. He did so efficiently and professionally, explaining the procedure he was going to follow and all the while describing his progress. In short order I was feeling much more comfortable. Doctor Billet recommended that I see another dentist in the area for a follow-up procedure. He then promptly personally called the specialist and requested that the specialist see me the next day. The specialist agreed to see me the next day and I made an appointment with his office. At the appointment I was given to understand by the specialist that but for his high regard and tremendous respect for Doctor Billet's abilities he would not have seen me on such short notice. The specialist also had very high praise for the quality of the work done by Doctor Billet the previous day.

I have found my new dentist for routine matters and not just emergencies. I suggest that whoever reads this review consider a visit to Doctor Billet the next time a dentist is needed. You will not be disappointed.
