The rudest staff that has no care for the patient. ...I took off from work for my appointment at 1 pm and upon arrival was told that the xray machine was not working since last night ....you think they would call you and reschedule but the did instead when I arrived they told me the news

WOW...... Never have I felt more uncomfortable and bamboozled in my life like I did there. Went in early in the morning to get mammogram and at first I was glad they were open so early. Then when I went into the room with the person who would be doing the image.... she proceeds to tell me how they will need a second test done because they will need to be sure I'm ok.... first thought in my head...u haven't even done this test and we are already making it seem like there is something wrong...u have xray vision?.... then continues to tell me how there isn't a doctor in at this time and I will probably have to come back.... so u don't want patients in early ...why schedule me that early in the first place then?... then when I said I was under the understanding it was just a mammogram then I get " well I know how its going to go so I'm just letting you know".... so now I feel like is this even going to be done right?... I'm already being hit up for more tests which of course turns into more money. I left. My advice RUN!!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!. I'm all for health but if you already charging up more stuff just because without any actual reason then you are after money not my well being.

They hold your records hostage. They force people to come into the office with ID. Totally disregarding working people, and disabled people. They need to take a tip from Saint Barnabas and get a portal.

Caused unnecessary pain and discomfort. Can't walk for two days after a simple MRI procedure.
