I had been using this company for several years; they were nasty, tracked in dirt in my home on prior visits. I continued to use them thinking I only need to work with them infrequently and I am not hiring them for thier personality.
This year I was having difficulty starting the sprinklers and arranged for an appointment ith 2 hour window. The person never showed up and I did not receive a call cancelling despite the 2 hour window for the appointment. I left 2 messages at the end of the 2hour time frame . 2 hours late a rude receptionist called ( now 3pm) stating she just got in; despite the recording which says office hours are 9am -5 pm. She had no reason why no one called. So if you enjoy poor service and are looking to be continually frustrated then this is the company for you. !!!!
