Overall , Soundsurge got our wedding guests up and dancing the entire night so we were very happy about that. We met with Soundsurge 2 times and discussed songs and he seemed very cool and accommodating. I felt very confident that he'd follow our playlist and special requests etc. I was very disappointed, though. What upset me is that although I gave him a long list of songs to play, he played several songs that were not on my list (songs I have never even heard of) and did not play the songs I had down for must plays or dedications and instead played songs I have never heard of that were not on the list at all. At the end of the night, I saw that he had my list in front of him but for some reason was never really following it. I was so busy all night that I did not really have time to say anything and it didn't hit me until later on that he was not playing the songs I wanted. I was VERY upset. I also emailed him to ask why this happened and no reply. Also the photobooth was not announced as much as it should have been so some didn't know it was there. No props were provided ,as promised, so it was a good thing i brought some of my own. He had said there would be props provided like mustaches and masks and nothing was there. I spent so much time making my playlist and highlighting songs to play and it is just a real disappointment that he ignored it.
