Never felt better after a workout! The instructor makes all the difference, but almost all are fab. If you want to have fun, work hard, get a great cardio workout and sweat out the toxins, this is your spot! Note it is not for cycling/ spin purists. Arms and core are engaged in unusual ways which ad to the fun. Cycling in rhythm to amazing music has been proven to burn extra calories and add to the mood boosting effects of exercise- check it out!
