Every time I go to NYC I try to visit this Soul Cycle. I feel the front desk staff are the friendliest here of any of their locations. I have aways had an amazing workout and met very nice people here. They have also been very helpful in suggesting other things to do around the city. Even if you have never tried a spin class before they will make you feel very comfortable and explain everything. TIP: if it is your first time going sign up for the 1st class of the day to familiarize yourself as the change rooms/reception area will get very busy between classes!

I really like this location. Great instructors here for ladies, I have to say the nice amount of showers is an added selling point. Great spot to check out.
