I mean once you experience it you just have to love it. I had an opportunity to take several classes and it was always a really intense but enjoyable workout. The instructor and the students are all really positive and energetic.
*tip - you can use your own spin shoes (I used my spd clip shoes)

One of my favorite Soul Cycle locations: big locker rooms, 3 showers, nice changing area and a full range of toiletry products as always. There are 2 spinning studios and -- best of all -- a disco ball and blacklight! Wear your brightest whites and be prepared to rock out. Love coming here and then heading across the street to Just Salad.
