The studio itself is lovely, like all the SC locations it seems. The ladies bathroom and showers are immaculate and luxurious (for a gym).
I went to Strings 7am class and it was awesome!!! Great energy and the whole class flew by. He's not coddling and lovely dovey which is exactly what I need in a fitness class but super helpful and explains things really well.
The people are the desk are unrelentingly friendly and helpful. You don't really want to LEAVE.
Overall a great location, class and staff. Will be back!
