YOU SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE THAT SPEAK SPANISH IN THE "SONIA SOTO MAYOR" OFFICE BECAUSE YOU HAVE A LOT OF SPANISH TENANTS AND NOT EVERYBODY CAN KEEP AN SPEECH IN ENGLISH... IN ANOTHER HAND, HOW HELPLESS ARE SOME PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE, THEY PREFER HANG UP THE PHONE INSTEAD OF HELP US.

need to install camaras all over the premises for everyone safety, make sure that the tenants wont litter or smoke and piss the hallways/elevator. Especially dumping furniture in front of building or hallways and lobby. Once they intall the camaras we can catch the tenant and have them summons or evicted out of nycha. Thank you..
