Sorrento Bakery

I always order cake from them but this time they exceeded all expectations. The cake that they made for my son's 1st bday was not only delicious but it looked great! Thank you!!!

Wonderful bakery. Wonderful deli. Best Italian bakery in the area. Excellent bread. Reasonable prices. I read reviews commenting on poor service; I never experienced this.

Customer service was great! Baked goods were so good and fresh! My staff loved the treats!! Definitely my go to bakery from now on!! :)

food is fantastic but the service is HORRIBLE. The woman answering the phone has a very bad attitude, is rude and overall not pleasant. I thought it was a one time thing (a bad day for her or any possible reason for the poor service) but now it is the 4th time and still one of the worst services I have received in this area. I will take my business and company's orders somewhere else.

All i wanted to do was place an order..... perhaps you should not be working with customers lady.

I have been ordering from here for about six years and the food is great. Unfortunately I could only give three stars because the service. The last three times I have called the woman answering the phone has been unhelpful and rude. First, I called and asked to place an order for pick up, she placed me on hold for five minutes, came back on the phone and I asked again then she put me on hold again for seven more minutes. I figured she forgot about me so I hung up and called back and she placed me on hold for another five minutes! I finally hung up and went elsewhere.
The second time she asked what time I wanted to pick up my lunch and I said 12:10. She said she couldn't put that time in because "they" would be mad at her. I asked her why it would take 40 minutes to make two sandwiches and she said it probably wouldn't but she put it in just to be safe?
The third time she asked what time i wanted to pick up I said 12:15, a half hour from the time I had called. She preceded to tell me that the food takes 20-25 minutes to make so she is putting it in for 12:30?! I said I did not understand since the time I gave was 30 minutes away. She kept repeating the same thing and then said fine, I'll put it in for 12:15.
Since they have gotten a "new system" the service has declined and the food takes twice as long as it used to according to this woman. If you do not want to take phone orders just say it up front. 1 time is a bad day, 2 times is an issue, 3 times is unacceptable and I will be going elsewhere for lunch.
