I went to buy a 4K TV and there was a deal stating free PS4 with 4K TVs and so when I was ready to purchase it the "Manager" they wouldn't honor it or accommodate me . I was ready to purchase on the spot but it was easier for her to see me and my family walk out, she smiled a big smile and said goodbye. I guess a lot of people must be spending $2,000 on the spot. Maybe Sony should re evaluate their store policies and the people that implement them.

The experience that I have had with SONY at Teaneck New Jersey has been awful. I have had
all my calls sent to the Philippines and the connection has been poor at best. It would be nice if a person working in New Jersey could call with the phone number they have and advise me when I can expect to have my equipment repair and sent back to me. 10 days seems like an ample amount of time to place a phone and let me know how things are going.
