Dr Sonnenblick seemed uncomfortable and unable to have an informed conversation about my test results. The wait times at the clinic were often around an hour and Ms Sonnenblick seemed to lack the ability to offer comprehensive care, which could be potentially dangerous.

Dr Sonnenblick seemed to be stressed and frazzled and it was adversely and significantly affecting her ability to perform her role. Some of the other comments here are also concerning.

I have since changed doctors and received much more comprehensive and informed care.

Until substantial changes are made to the service that Dr Sonnenblick and the clinic provides, I would most definitely NOT recommend this doctor.

Dr. Sonnenblick is very caring, and attentive, and has become my personal physician in NYC. The wait is never too long, and they recently moved into a new building which is very comfortable. The office is located not far from the Fulton stop on the 2/3/4/5, so it is very easy to get to.

I visit her twice, first time I was a new patient. I waited over 45 mins and not just that, another 30 mins inside the room. so i waited aboout an hour and 15 mins. So finally she comes in to see me for my physical after a little chat she had a nurse draw blood on me and guess what she was gone for like 10 mins. then when she came back she told me I'm done, do i have any questions blah blah blah. and to schedule a follow up appointment. so after a week i went back to see her and guess what? I had to wait again! this time not as long but 30 mins for a 2-3 mins discussing my results. After a few months I met a friend and he/she work for Dr. Sonenblick. The things he/she told me. I would not recommend her.

I've been trying to get her to renew my prescriptions for a month and a half now. My pharmacy called multiple times, I called a couple of time, always hit a voice recording, never be able to talk to anyone and even if my pharmacy get a hold of someone, they never heard back. I'm getting very frustrated because it's simple prescription renewal, how hard is it to fax over the approval, or denial?

Last time i had my blood work done, I tried to call in to find out the results a week later, of coz hit the voice mail again and never heard back from them. I did, however, got my result in the mail after 3 weeks. I'm very frustrated that all my calls are not returned and it just seems like I'm ignored.

If you are trying to find a good doctor, don't go to her coz you won't be in good hands.
