Oh this is the singularly worst location in the entire Sonic chain. As someone who lives around the corner from this location, I'll cross route 17 to go to ANY of the other fast food locations to avoid this place. They since 2009 have NEVER gotten an order right. EVER. EVERY TIME something is wrong. Without fail they'll be at least 1 part of your order that'll be wrong. I have received many apologies and free things, but never a correct order. Go ANYWHERE else.

Hate to love it, haha. The before 10 am cheap drink deal, 2-4 happy hour slush and corn dog deal, and the after 8 pm 1/2 price shakes are great for me and the kids. Not so great for the belly, though, haha

I went to this Sonic at 11:48pm to get some half price shakes for my family. After ordering and being told my total which was about $6 because the shakes were half priced, we drove up to get our shakes and pay. We waited for about 10 minutes until a worker approached my window and told us our shakes were no longer half priced and we had to pay full price. Appalled, I told the worker I didn't want our shakes anymore and we drove away. It's ridiculous to advertise half price shakes after 8pm, tell us our total was half priced, then tell us they were no longer half priced. I will surely never come back to this location and tell my friends and family not to go here.

New Management? It shows!
Today my order was done perfectly! I'm very happy about that! ZIn the past I've gotten crappy service and I never got food that was hot enough or fresh enough but today, the food is piping hot, buns are soft and well steamed, the tots I asked for well done because they're usually soft and luke warm- Not today!! the tots were super crisp and hot!! Great manager!! and staff to boot~
It's amazing how good a fast food meal can be when it's cooked to order and hot and fresh!!!
thanks! p.s. it was 3:00 in the afternoon too! Not a lunch rush fluke!
