Sonia Maksimovich, LMT

Hello everyone. So yesterday I received a 90 min medical massage from Sonia. I am also a massage therapist and was scared that herniated a disk because of the pain I was in. Sonia reassured me that I would be fine, and she knew exactly where the origin of pain is. She also went over some really helpful self massage and stretching exercises to combat my tight gluts from puling on my lumbar. This morning I do not even feel sore which usually I do after a medical massage, and the pain is almost gone. Awesomeness!!! She is most open-hearted, friendly and knowledgeable therapist in Astoria. If you are in pain, or a cross fitter like me and always feeling tight, just go to her and prevent injuries. THank you sonia for putting me back together. I will be back. Yeah :)
