The noodle is made by hand and that part is good. But the noodle is not well made and feels like a half cooked flour paste. The taste of the food overall is okay.

Best Ja Jang in the area. The spicy one is very hot but worth the money. Be warned it's very hot.

Great jjajangmyun noodles here. I don't know if they're the best but the prices are competitive to the other stores in the area and something they have that no one else really does is they have half and half of dishes.

Son Ja Jang's emphasis is on its noodle dish. This Korean Chinese restaurant served up an inexpensive and well made spicy seafood soup. Stick to water, no booze allowed.
Enjoy the food, there's no atmosphere. The only window is to the kitchen, where you can watch the chef stretching dough for the next batch of noodles.
The neighborhood is pleasant Jersey Korea town.
