Something Greek

I ordered 2 shirts on Dec. 8 thinking they would be to me in plenty of time for Christmas. It is now 12/17, I have paid in full and the order still shows "Unfulfilled". Looks like I will be making a last minute run to the store for 2 Christmas presents! When these shirts do finally leave the store I won't be needing them!

Fast shipping, kinda expensive but it's worth it, great customer service, the only problem is that they took forever to email me but they did call me

My order shipped fast but........beware of the unisex sizes. Instead of using the word unisex sizes they might as well say men sizes because that's exactly what they are. On their website is a picture of girls wearing v neck shirts that looked to have a feminine/fitted look to them. I ordered a couple in the size medium thinking I would get the same fitted look as the girls in the picture. I was totally wrong. These shirts look and feel big like a males shirt. They even say men/unisex on the tag. Smh

I have never been to their store, but I have ordered from their website several times. The website is a bit cluttered, but once you find what you're looking for, it's very easy to use - the letter design center is a great feature! They often have specials, which are usually a great deal. Everything I have ordered from them arrives quickly, and is top-notch quality. I have never been disappointed with this company, and will certainly order from them again.

On a standard retail website, when you put something in the cart but don't check out, it stays there just in case you want to purchase it in the near future or until the stock is out. In this case, I ordered something as a gift and saved it so I can simply enter payment information when I got paid next week. A customer rep called me in a few days to ask me if I still wanted the item. I said yes I'll get back to them with the payment info. They proceeded to call me 2 more times (once when I was at a conference) and send me 2 emails. When I went to purchase the item today, it was deleted. Can you please change the way your service works to something much simpler for EVERYONE involved? Learn from the big retailers, because obviously what they're doing is working.

Also the website is really tacky. For such an expensive Greek merch store you would think it would try harder to attract the generic materialistic college kids who appreciate the aesthetics more. Why are they wasting all their money on annoying their customers?
